Definition:
An illness resulting from long-term employment in a particular type of work, such as mesothelioma (a type of cancer) from workers exposed to asbestos.
Spinal Cord Injury
Definition:
Injury of the nerves contained within the spinal canal often associated with trauma to the spinal column (spine),Complete: Nerve damage obstructing all signals between the brain and body.Incomplete: Nerve damage obstructing some of the signals between the brain and body.
General damages
Definition:
Better known as "pain and suffering" damages, which include the emotional trauma from physical injuries, pain, humiliation, etc.
